DL-Leucine is a kind of raw materials for industry of fine chemicals and intermediate of pharmaceutical,market demand is coming stronger and stronger.Although there are some factories are producing it,because of the difficulty of  production technologprice of it is high.

    DL-Leucine's production has two main technological lines:one is prelude with  the raw material of Isobutyl Nitrile Acetate,which has high cost and has to use more poisonous bromine,has not good industrial outlook.The other one is prelude with the raw material of L-Leucine using chemical racemization,the cost is very low,and other raw materials used is nonpoisonous and  also easy to recycle.This line was invented by Japanese  first.we improved and refined on the basis of studying Japanese patent technology,to rise the quality and reclaim of the product and lower the cost.
